Candidates for masters and PhDs from Chungnam National University and Korea Engineering University shared their knowledge with a brief introduction to their research fields. 

Undergraduate students interested in semiconductor equipment also had the opportunity to participate in the conference and acquire various knowledge of vacuum semiconductor equipment.
