AML researchers attended a vacuum conference held at Welli Hilli Park in Hoengseong, Gangwon Province, on February 8, 2023.
Candidates for masters and PhDs from Chungnam National University and Korea Engineering University shared their knowledge with a brief introduction to their research fields. Undergraduate students interested in semiconductor equipment also had the opportunity to participate in the conference and acquire various knowledge of vacuum semiconductor equipment.
